Worldwide Returns โ€” Simple and Flexible

We gladly accept returns from any country in the world. Whether youโ€™re in New York, Tokyo, London, Sydney, or anywhere in between โ€” weโ€™ve got you covered. All customers have the right to return items within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging and labels intact
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email)
  • We must be contacted before the return is shipped โ€” this helps us give you the right return address and avoid unnecessary shipping delays or customs issues

Once youโ€™ve contacted us, we will provide:

  • A return authorization number
  • Instructions on where and how to send your item back, depending on your location

Returns sent without prior notice or outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges and Replacements

We offer free exchanges in the following situations:

  • If there is a factory defect
  • If you received the wrong product

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Include clear photos of the damage or issue
  • Provide your order number

We will then guide you through the exchange process and ship the replacement item free of charge (in case of confirmed defect or error on our side).

If you’d like a different size or color for other reasons, weโ€™re happy to help, but return shipping costs may apply.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
